The Growing Advancements In The Technology Media EssayWith the growing advancements in the technology the mode of dialogue is being utilized in ein truth field is becoming popular these days. Science and technology have been making continuous advancements in every field like, computer science, medical science, automatonlike science, telecommunications, media, etcetera science and technology be now having its first step in the technical advancements throughout the globe.Since the discovery of fire, to the innovation of the calculator, pendulum, thermometer, clock, medicines, scream, television, small gadgets, camera etc. are all great achievements of science. The expert advancements are making the dreams come true and giving relief to the coming generation. Just like food and water, technological advancements are the essential part of ones life in this growing area.Media is one field which is now completely dependent on the technological advancements. Just think, if there were n o cameras, no technology to broadcast, no printing press technologies, no computers, no satellite channels, and no other such advancements, accordingly would it be possible for everyone to hump about the happenings in the initiation. Media is in itself a complete encyclopedia of the events that occurred and that are occurring in the world. The most helpful advancement in the media industry is the innovative technology of the computers, and broadcasting. Media is the controlling hub for the technological advancements like cyberspace, television, mobile devices and the newspapers and magazines (Diamond, 2010). Media has been emerging now as the most powerful agency that controls the dynamics of information system (Chan, 2004).This paper discusses the advancements of communication technology involving the determination of profits, newspapers and telecommunication run. Media works on the principle of the fundamental rights stated in the constitution, that is, freedom of speech, wh ich can be done either in verbal sense or in writing. The countries that do not allow people to have freedom of speech, remain in the last position in knowing the world facts and governments of such countries may not be aware of the needs of the citizens beca call they are not able to exhibit their feelings and can not demand for anything (Chan, 2004).The internet is being widely used in all over the countries across globe. With the increasing use of the internet, media is to a fault stretching its arms to grab maximum opportunities in every field. The development of any new technology is the outcome of the requirements in heterogeneous fields which is searched and identified by using surveys and polls all around the world. Any new development is also a result of solving the errors that occurred in the previous versions. The new developments may or may not be good for the society. In this developing world, where everyone is running too fast to achieve milestones internet is reall y proving to be a better source of all hidden knowledge and one can easily find all the links on a certain head easily using a particular set of keywords. The various search engines provide valuable knowledge to the person searching for different purposes (Sen, 2009).Review of books in that location are more articles that tell about the importance of communication technology in the media. This technology involves the use of internet, telephonic communication, newspapers, etc. the most consequential way of communication involves the use of the internet which brings people from distances come together and share their views about any ongoing topic or any anatomy of discussion about the political, cultural, and social behavior of a particular region. From many papers, some research are discussed below that shows the importance of internet in the media communications(Aelst et.al, 2002). tally to Peter cutting edge Aelst, and Stefaan Walgrave, the social behavior of the people and t heir collective action to protest has taken a common area for the activity and in the democratic world that it gives little surprises to the customary and media. The media keeps waiting for such events to occur which make the public go mad and so make the moment as historical and people just want to take part in such activities without any reason except they become a part of the historical movement. However, for the anti-globalization protests, the site was not like for the many others. People will not come for protests as expected from the other countries too. Only some countries expressed their protests which were from Seattle, Washington, Prague and Genoa, showing an upset(prenominal) mixture of the movements from different Nations. Media is so intelligent to broadcast all the movements in all areas of the world and is able to make them come together to protest for the aforesaid(prenominal) cause(Aelst et.al, 2002). Media is thus playing a very crucial contribution in org anizing the historical movements and share them with the other parts of the world. The article by Peter Van Aelst, and Stefaan walgrave, gives a glimpse of the movements which were in progress and analyze the websites of many protesting organizations with the help of internet. This article presents the contribution of the sites that have contributed a lot to start the formation of the movements. It also presents the studies on the collective participation of the countries, and the mobilization of a network of organizations. This research truly gives an idea of the role of internet in media and tells that the internet plays a very crucial role in helping out media to gather information from various sites about the ongoing movements and the organizations taking part in the movements to encourage public about the ongoing protest. This article also helps to prove that the use of internet by various organizations is also an indicator to the integration of different Nations and the variou s agencies. though the use of technology like the internet and other communication gadgets and services is increasing day by day, but it is difficult to give a dormant explanation and analysis that up to what extent this technology will show the miracles in the media industry (Aelst et.al, 2002).Zheng Xiang and Ulrike Gretzel present a paper study on the role of social media as an information source for travelers. Social media are playing an increasingly important role as information sources for travelers(Xiang et.al, 2002). The aim of the study is to know the extent to which the internet is able to show better results in the search of travel associate websites in the various search engines. For the study, a research propose was created to motivate the traveler to search about the site. The traveler is asked to plan the travel according to a given set of keywords in accordance to the nine fall in States tourist destinations. The analysis by the user shows after checking the sear ch results, that the social media, that is internet plays a pivotal role in the search results and planning a tour for a particular destination. It also showed that the search engine directs the travelers to the chosen destination without any delay. This study rightly concludes that the use of internet in media services like the advertisement of the travel tour planning has its roots in it. It also proves to be an important part in the online media generation. It also shows clear distinguish for obstacles faced by traditional service providers like a guide or face to face information collected for travel-related guidance (Xiang et.al, 2002).ProposalThe use of search engines on the internet and the use of mobile devices to communicate long distances, are the basic innovations done so far that has their maximum use in the media industry. The use of internet has a profound effect on the people working in the media industry. People are now dependent on the internet for getting help fro m several resources. In communication technology, telephone and use of mobile devices have a lot of research for many years. The discovery of the telephone and the use of printing technology for communication have their roots in the early years of the history. Though the devices and gadgets used at that time were heavy and are with some set upations, but advancements have gone since and so with the use of the technology. The devices have been made small in size and efficiency in their working (Sen, 2009). meshwork communication has also been under research for many years. For the first time, the internet has been only for the use of businessmen and entrepreneurs. As the time is running ahead in a fast speed, the use of internet has been increased. It has been widely used by all levels of users. Students, employees, businessmen, politicians, and all other people are using internet for their works. There are many applications to be used on the internet which serves many different pu rposes. The main area of research on the internet is the use of the data with certain privacy (Fulk, 1993).In the media industry, the internet serves many purposes like the editing, getting ideas for script writing of the previously written articles, being creative in the entry and the overall knowledge about the new topics. The communication technology can be further studied for its relevance and the reliability for the public. It seems that as the use of communication technology is increasing, the privacy of a person is decreasing day by day. The privacy of the government organizations and other private organizations is getting disturbed due to the use of the internet (Ungerleider,1991).Research QuestionIt is a question of great concern about the misuse of the internet in the media. The internet has been used as a technology for illegal activity to open up some scams in the big organizations which is just similar to the sting operation and so communicated through the internet to the various other organizations. Recently, the rise of Wikileaks and the whistle-blowing activities were in the news which were using internet applications as an illegal agent of the technology.Innovation and Its ImportanceWhistle-blowers are the persons who provide the lucubrate of any illegal activity in the country or outside the country that occurs in the government department or the private companies to the public. These activities can be related to the corrupt activities, any scam, fraud, violations of the fundamental duties by the governmental officials, etc. These people then provide such kind of information to the other organizations and then reach to media for broadcast. When such illegal activities to reach the public, the public from all parts of the world come together to protest against any crime and which leads to a gage movement throughout the globe (Essienubong et.al., 2010).Many website hackers are able to hack the system of some government agencies also that hav e much confidential information which is not being shared with the public. Like the role of whistle-blowing technology has changed over time, the technology of the use of the internet by the media and the overall media system has changed. This change in the technologies used by the media to communicate with the other sources throughout the world has to come in front of the public. There are many whistle-blowers that are linked with many organizations and these organizations are linked to many media channels which forms a network and so any information can be exchanged from one corner of the world to the other corner of the world (Fulk,1993).The main area of concern and the study topic chosen is the changing trends in the internet services to the media and the technology related to the whistle-blowers over time. The modern technique involved in the whistle-blowing is the use of internet by which the information can be sent in seconds.PredictionThe divination in the use of technology is that due to increase in the use of internet technology and the media services, the information leakage has been increased by the time. This leakage has to be stopped before it goes into the wrong hands like the terrorist groups who can misuse the information for their own purposes (Diamond, et.al., 2010).In every country, the terrorist activities can be seen within less time period which indicates that they have such kind of technology with them like the media and other communicating channels, through which they are able to gather the information in less time and efficiently. The research can also be continued to explore the areas which can be harmful if the information reach to wrong hands. such areas can only be explored by the help of internet services and the media networks all around the globe. For all the research, the help of the media organizations and the use of internet services and various applications will be required that brings the truth of the increasing activity o f the internet in the media and other services provided by the internet to media. If the media personals remain in their limit and broadcast only those matters which are of great concern to the public then we can see a peaceful world without any mislead groups in the society.

However, I am sure like most other experiences in life, the more you do something, the better you get at it and the more comfortable you feel in knowing what you are doing as well as doing it the proper way. With therapy, an individual can learn all about theories, models and assessments scarce the rapport and confidence from clients can only come after practicing therapy.Protocol For Initial Telephone ContactI will begin by introducing myself and because explaining my qualifications, I want the client to feel at ease in knowing I am not only capable but meliorate and trained specifically in marriage and family therapy. The contiguous step would be asking the client to specify the issue that has caused the couple or fa mily to seek therapy and so to determine all family members as well as any other individuals or public agencies that are connected to the couple or family. Next would be determining if the situation is a crisis situation and then deciding if I am able to help with the family or couples issues. Then I would talk about fees, payments and ensure the family has adequate transportation to attend sessions. After that, I would set up an appointment date and time, preferably within the next 24 hours.Who Comes To First Meeting? If the clients are a couple, I would prefer both individuals attend the first interview, although I realize this will not perpetually be agreeable. In a family interview I would also prefer all members of the family present, this way each member can expre... ...ions. I have been playing in all my life and after a unanimous semester and a half of being in Mr. Fetters class, I realized that everything has physics in it. One night after going wheel with my girlfriend(s) I wondered why when I hit the first pin, only seven went down and thus I lost the game. So, I got on the Internet and form a lot of articles and web sites talking about the physics of bowling. A lot of the web sites were brief descriptions. A guy named Paul Durbin wrote many articles on physics. One of his articles he discussed was about bowling. He mentioned one thing we already went over this semester in physics class. But it seems to me that he neglected to mention separate forces the play a big role in bowling and the physics behind it. Durbin said In order to accelerate, you need a net force. As soon as I allow go of the bowling ball, its accelerating. As soon as your fingers are out of the holes, the ball is at its highest manoeuver of acceleration (p.2). According to the author, gravity is the net force acting upon an object, which means it is accelerating. The swinging of my arm (back the forward) being the net force. When my fingers leave the hole, its accelerating. Now, how fast it goes is dogged on how fast you swing your arm and let go. Now thats all Durbin basically said on bowling. But I realized that norths Laws, momentum, kinetic and potential energy all have their role in bowling too.Durbin was correct when he explained acceleration. Let me tell you a trivial something on acceleration. Acceleration is the rate at which the velocity is changing. Because acceleration is a rate, it is measured of how fast the velocity is changing with respect to time of course. The key bringing close together that defines acceleration is change. Whenever we change our state of motion, we are accelerating. A bowling ball that can accelerate fast has the ability to change its velocity pretty fas t. A bowling ball that can go from zero to 5 mph in .5 seconds has a greater acceleration than another ball let go by another player that can go from zero to 7 mph in 1 second. (We learned about this in class). So having a high acceleration is being quick to change and not al dashs fast. Acceleration applies to changes in direction as well as changes in speed. When you let go of the bowling ball at a constant speed o... ...t the total amount of energy never changes. Lets assume that the propel ball has 10J of PE. As its hit, PE is at its highest (10J). When the ball is going down the alley, the sum of the balls PE and KE remains constant at successive positions , , , and all the way down. (This I also read ahead and found in the book). As soon as the ball has reached its highest point, PE and KE are equal (5J), and on the way down KE increases as PE decreases. When the ball lands, KE is 10J and PE is 0. Law of Conservation of MomentumIn the absence of an external force, the moment um of a system remains unchanged. When you hit the clue ball, you have a natural follow through. When you apply that torque (extending the elbow), your momentum changes. You can see that if no net force or impulse acts on a system, then the momentum of that system cannot change. Some of things mentioned, are things we know that happen, but we dont know why, and usually never wonder why, but for all things, on that point are explanations, which some of the secrets of mother nature were revealed here. Just remember that there are physics behind whatever you do or see including bowling with your girlfriend(s).

Lord of The Rings :: essays research papers

J.R.R. Tolkiens concept of too much power is summed up by Lord Acton when he once said, "Power corrupts, however absolute power corrupts absolutely." In Tolkiens first book of his fantasy based trilogy, Lord of the Rings, the Fellowship of the Rings tells a story of a quest to end a powerful dance orchestra throughout Tolkiens created "Middle Earth". This quest was headed by a "Hobbit" named Frodo Baggins who, in the end, becomes corrupted by power himself. This corruption begins when Frodo uses his ring to become unseeable over and over again to escape certain situations. The quest to destroy the powerful "Ruling Ring" forms the basis for this story.     The book begins with Bilbo Baggins celebrating his iodine hundred and eleventh birthday. Many "Hobbits" show up at his party including his third cousin, Frodo, which is the main character of the novel and a powerful wizard named Gandalf. Biblo possed a powerful ring k nown as the "Ruling Ring" which gives "Supreme Power" to whoever has possession of it. At the end of the party, Bilbo uses his magical ring to turn invisible and stun his guests. Gandalf, the powerful wizard, then meets up with Biblo at his house and takes the ring from Bilbo, which is corrupting him. Gandalf examines it, realizing that the ring Bilbo has is the powerful "Ruling Ring". Knowing that the forces of evil ar in search of the ring, Gandalf sends Frodo, a relative of Biblo, to destroy the ring in the only place it can be destroyed, "Mt. Doom". Overhearing the talk between Gandalf and Frodo, Sam, a "Hobbit", that is good friends with Frodo is forced on the quest to aid Frodo.     The two Hobbits set off on a journey in which they meet up with others that joint them on their journey such as Gimli the "Dwarf", Legolas the "Elven" archer, Boromir a "Human" tracker, Aragorn the heir to the &qu otHuman" throne, two more "Hobbits" Merry, Pippin and the powerful "Wizard" Gandalf. They travel across "Middle Earth" fighting off many "Orcs" and "Black Riders" which are in search of the ring by the orders of the powerful evil "Wizard" Sauron. During their quest, they get a line many ambushes by the "Orcs" which they overcome and usually slay. In some of the ambushes, Frodo uses his ring to become invisible to escape from the "Orcs" and "Black Riders".      Boromir asks to see Frodos ring because he has a yearning for power and authority and then tries to take it from him.

The Holocaust :: essays research papers

Hitler had a plan to ?purify? Germany in order to fulfill his vision of a gross(a) nation. In Mein Kampf, a book written by Adolf Hitler which explains his ambitions and explains how he wants to cleanse Germany of all Jews, communists, gypsies, homosexuals, and disabled people. Hitler had targeted specifically the Jewish population because of his hatred towards them. In World state of war Two, around 6 million Jews were persecuted by the Nazis. Firstly, in 1935, the Nazi Party passed the Nuremberg Laws, which were designed to stop Jews and Germans from marrying, to make sure that German blood was not deflower by mixing with other races, and produced pictures warning people about what could happen. People were ?warned? about which shop belonged to the Jews and were discouraged to buy any goods from Jewish stores. It was conspicuous that this racial law passed by Hitler was very degradingly towards the Jews. Despite that most people were not ignorant and knew this was wrong , no one dared to oppose the Nazis due to fear. Anyone that opposed the Nazis was to be shot. Hitler complete that this was not effective enough in order to achieve his goal. The Nazis had a meeting to discuss more than efficient ways to eradicate the Jews. In 1938, the property took a more serious turn for the worst. Called the night of Broken Glass, the Nazis started to use violence against the Jews. Jewish shops, churches, and other buildings were openly attacked. People became subjected to violence. It would lead to the start of more systematic violence. The violence escalated to the pinicle of the tragedy that the Jews experienced, the Holocaust. From 1939 onwards, Jews were rounded up. They were forced to move out of their homes. Jews started getting sent t o areas in cities designed only for them.
